I agree with a lot of this, especially that the current “factory system” of education doesn’t work. There’s a longer post here, especially since my kids really aren’t that far off from the teen years.

I’m not sure yet if Ron Paul is really just a Libertarian whacko masquerading as a Republican or not. He doesn’t seem to be as whacko as the last guy the libertarians fielded, Michael whats-his-name who lives in Austin. I’m mildly intrigued.
